It’s been been a few weeks since the end of Games of Thrones and to fill the void, I’m sharing these White Walker Cupcakes I made for the final season premiere! No matter how you felt about this last seaon, it’s been a journey. But what better way to remember it than with a dessert!
My March Madness bracket just got busted, as did most this weekend, so taking a step back from basketball to do a bit of a throwback post! Pun intended. 😛But instead of sports, I’m talking cookies.
I was not super excited about the Super Bowl this year but it felt wrong not to watch the game. So, when I decided to host a last minute watch party, I baked some Chocolate Football Cookies to get into the spirit. Sharing this easy recipe, a take on sugar cookies but not overly sweet. Perfect for cookie cutters and however much icing you want!
I like to say that eating a pavlova is like eating a sweet cloud. Delightfully light and each bite just melts so perfectly. My first time having a pavlova was made by a good friend who is an absolute pro at commanding egg whites to do her bidding. I actually forgot about pavlovas until just last month. Was inspired to try my first pavlova cake! They might now be my favorite type of cake. 😉
